 Our artistic and personal identity is a psychological concept that can be difficult to understand. When you hear the word identity, you might think about your point of difference in the music industry. Identity is so much more than one factor; it is connected to our values, beliefs, and attitudes.

Recognising that struggles with identity can contribute to depression, anxiety and intense vulnerability, this session aims to support musicians, artist managers, and industry professionals requiring evidence-based mental health strategies to combat these struggles.
